Udijo Terms of Service

Welcome to Udijo. Udijo is a platform designed to help users discover mobile applications and related offerings. By accessing udijo.com or using Udijo’s discovery features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not consent, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of Udijo constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we may provide notice within the platform or by other means. Continued use after the effective date of any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on Udijo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface design, underlying code, and any original works, are protected by intellectual property laws and owned or licensed by Udijo or its licensors. You may access Udijo for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit Udijo content without prior written permission. The Udijo name, logo, and other marks displayed on the platform are the property of Udijo and may not be used without our explicit written consent. If you submit content to Udijo (for example, reviews or comments), you grant Udijo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and publicly perform such content solely for operating or promoting the platform, in accordance with your privacy preferences and applicable law.

3. Third-Party Links and Google Play Hosting

Udijo serves as a discovery and listing service. The apps and services shown on Udijo are hosted, operated, and maintained by third-party providers, primarily via Google Play. Udijo does not host the actual application software, nor does it control or guarantee the availability, security, integrity, or content of those third-party apps. When you select a listing, you may be redirected to Google Play or another external site where you can download or access the app. Google Play’s terms of service and privacy policy govern your interactions on those sites, not Udijo. Udijo is not responsible for the conduct of third-party developers, the accuracy of third-party content, or any transactions conducted on Google Play. We may provide information about third-party providers and user reviews for convenience, but changes or discontinuations of third-party services are outside Udijo’s control. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable third-party terms before proceeding.

4. Disclaimers

Udijo provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that Udijo will be uninterrupted, free of errors, secure, or free of viruses. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the content, accuracy, reliability, or availability of Udijo or any linked third-party content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Udijo, its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title. In no event shall Udijo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Udijo or reliance on any content, even if Udijo has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any limitation of liability is prohibited by applicable law, the maximum liability shall be the lesser of the amount paid by you to Udijo (if any) in the prior twelve months or the maximum extent permitted by law.
